Mindful Movement and Meditation –
Starting with gentle movement designed to release tension in the body, this class emphases therapeutic breathing to balance emotions, mindful awareness practices to focus the mind, and guided relaxation/meditation to connect to a place of peace and personal empowerment. This class is appropriate for all individuals regardless of experience. Class presented by Stacy of Enlightened Fitness, one of our sponsors.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

You will receive an email with a password to use to enter the class when it's time to join. It's best if you try to log in fifteen minutes early to allow for technical difficulties! I will explain how to have Zoom set up for the best class experience once everyone has joined in. You can use a yoga mat, yoga blocks, blanket and even a chair...whatever helps you be comfortable.
