No details yet, but Sterling (the beagle) has been brought in to Denver Municipal Animal Shelter, not DDFL, and he appears to be in OK health. Thanks to all of you who stepped up on Sterling's behalf.

Our foster beagle from Kindness Ranch escapedfrom our homeThursday May 16th. He is a scared former laboratory research dog. Sterling is lost in Denver somewhere around the congress park area to the country club neighborhood and cheesmanand maybe beyond by now. He is very timid and will submit if he is in a corner, but if he has an escape route he will run away. Sterling is not aggressive at all. He may be hard to catch since he is so scared and he does not respond to treats. He may now since he is probably hungry and thirsty. He escaped May 16th at 1130 am. Sterling is a blonde and white beagle with the tattoo ZPX8 in his ear from the lab where he was used in medical research. He has no microchip or id on his black and white houndstooth collar.
