Christmas Party with Vegan Seoul 🎄in Sangsu

Hi everyone, please read the entire event description before RSVPing so you can be aware of all the details!

Come and join us for a warm and memorable Christmas party! We'll rent out a party room and order pizza, mingle with new and old friends, and play holiday games, which may include white elephant, pass the parcel, or ugly sweater contest. Please dress for the holidays! "Ugly" holiday sweaters are very welcome :) Stay tuned for game details!

Drinks: Please consider bringing drinks to share. You can bring drinks for just yourself, but you must bring enough to share if you also want to try other peoples drinks!

This will be a paid event due to the costs of the party room and pizza.

📋RULES

1. Be polite and respectful.
2. Our group promotes ethical treatment of all animals so PLEASE don't bring in or order animal-derived foods/products.
3. Observe boundaries. Don't make others uncomfortable.
4. Don't be a no-show. You prevent others from joining the event if there is a waiting list. Two no-shows will get you banned from the group. Last minute cancelations are counted as no-shows.
   If anyone breaks these rules, please talk to Zack or Robyn. These meetups are meant to be safe, inclusive, and comfortable. Anyone breaking these rules may be asked to leave and banned.

Fee: 30,000 KRW (23,000 KRW if you don't want to eat at the venue)

🌿 If you love animals, want to act better for the environment, or are simply curious about veganism, please join us! You don't need to be vegan to participate. You're welcome to bring friends, but please specify in your RSVP! Hope to see you there!

⏳️ For restaurant events, please try to be on time so we can order and eat together.

📷 We may take photos during the event to use for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in photos or want your photos to be used in marketing materials, please let us know ahead of time!
