Slaughterhouses are places of:

• 🔪 unimaginable violence
• 💔 grotesque suffering
• 💀 and horrific death

They cause profound harm to humans, animals, and the environment—

• 😱 Animals suffer horrifically and endure extreme distress at slaughterhouses.
• 👷‍♂️ Slaughterhouses exploit workers and cause PTSD.
• ☣️ Slaughterhouses pollute entire communities.

By marching, we will:

1. ✊ demand the abolition of slaughterhouses and the permanent cessation of animal slaughter
2. 📢 build pressure to shut down existing and proposed slaughterhouses in the St. Louis region
3. 🗽 and champion a slaughter-free world where animals live safe, happy, and free
