What we’re about

Welcome vegans and all seeking the way to health for one and all. Inspired T Colin Campbell, PhD from Cornell University we will seek to improve our health and our community through vegan knowledge. Professor Campbell's work is summarized in his book The China Study described at . Our intention is to educate, and inspire each other TOGETHER surrounding issues of health and wellness. This is not a group that gives medical advice, but encourages members to seek optimal health. We look to both Western and Eastern and past and present ways of health and wellness to inform our thinking and approach to life. A well practiced vegan diet with a whole unrefined foods will help our health and the health of our community. In fact the only way to a desireable future is through knowledge that lets us balance the forces of territory and compassion to create a better species, ecosystem and planet with vegan foods.
