Welcome to Gals on the Go Meetup! If you have been around Meetup a while, you have probably seen my old group by the same name. For a couple of reasons, I just did not keep it going. The primary one was that I had a very ill dog, and he had ongoing issues that would force me to cancel events. Sadly, he has passed, and I am determined to again build this group into the community I know it can be.

Enough about the sadness and history...let's go!

This group is for adventurous souls who like all types of travel, including road trips, local and long distance, cruises, last-minute adventures, and getting off the beaten path. We travel by air, ship, car, RV and hot air balloon. :)

The rules-
No show an event and I will kick you. This is a serious pet peeve of mine.

Cancelations with less than 24 hours' notice are seriously frowned upon. I keep a spreadsheet, and you only get so many strikes.

I hate drama.

Dates are approximate because we have not booked flights yet.

This cruise is almost sold out. If you are going to go, contact me ASAP. If you are looking for a roommate, there is one person who has reserved an inside cabin who is looking for a roomie. There were few ocean view rooms left, and balcony rooms are $$$$.

Even if you have been to Alaska, this is a great trip. I have been there several times but have not done the land portion. Of course, Princess is a great cruise line to travel on.
