Monthly meetup for the Vegas Stoics group. Topic: Marcus Aurelius' "view from above" exercise.

Marcus described an iterative zooming-out process to gain helpful perspective on issues in one's life. We'll have the opportunity to apply this idea to challenges going on for us right now.

Example: How does this challenge feel in your body, right now? Imagine you're looking back on it in one month. Does it still matter? Have your feelings changed? Now think ahead one year. Do you still remember it? What about it? ...and so on.
