Floyd Lamb Park - Saturday morning stroll

Join us for a Saturday morning walk around this historic park in northwest Las Vegas.
The park is 680 acres of green lawns and tree shaded groves and is home to free-roaming peacocks, ducks. geese, and swans. The trail is a 1 mile loop around 4 lakes —Tule Springs Lake, Mulberry Lake, Cottonwood Lake, and Desert Willow Lake.

This is a city park and there is an entry fee of $6 per vehicle. (no cash - card only).

The park opens at 8:00. We will start our walk about 8:15 to give everyone time to pay and park.
After passing the fee booth, look for the first parking lot. Once you park along the white fence, look across the field and meet me at the gazebo (see map).

This is a casual walk and will be at a social pace. We will do the 1 mile lap together. A second lap is optional.
