Final Lone Mountain Loop (and Peak) and Trivia Night at Aces and Ales

Don't let the early sunset keep you indoors. Keep up your fitness and have fun! Let's take a hike around Lone Mountain, then head over to Aces and Ales for "Geeks Who Drink Trivia Night".

This will be an easy, moderately paced hike. For this final event we will do 1 loop starting counterclockwise, hike up to peak and then finish the loop. The trail is flat with little elevation. Please don't worry about your speed on the hike. The pace is social. The route is a loop so you can't get lost. There is some lighting in the area, but please bring a flashlight or headlamp for safety.

After the hike, most of us we will attend a Trivia Night. Please don't worry about being "good at trivia". The questions are very diverse so anyone can have the answers. The most important thing is we are here to have fun!

Meeting Locations:
The hike is at Lone Mountain Discovery Park. There are many places to park your vehicle so it can be a bit confusing. We will meet at the parking lot just south of the equestrian center. The entrance is at the intersection of Jensen St. and Helena Ave.

• Please take a look at the photos section of this event. I have uploaded a map with a red line around the parking lot where we will meet.
• If you are using the Meetup app on your phone, there is a Location section that opens the map on your phone. That should direct you to the correct meeting location.

Trivia night is at Aces and Ales, 2801 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas.

If you can't make the 5PM start time, you should be able to catch up to us at 5:45PM. At that time we should be passing the original meeting location, so you can join us for the second lap. If you plan to meet at this time, please let me know by message or in the comments so we can look for you.

Time: About 1.5 hours for the hike. Trivia night is from 7PM to 9PM.
