📌 This urban hike starts in a residential area of Anthem and quickly enters the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. We will hike to the top of Black Mtn, descend part-way, take a side trail to Park Peak, and then descend to the trailhead.

The trailhead parking lot is very small but it's legal to park on both shoulders of Shadow Canyon Dr.
