Time for more camping, hiking and Saturday Pot Luck!!!
Everyone please bring firewood minimum 2 bundles per vehicle. We will be camping at Group Site 2.

The entrance to the campground is 1 mile through the gate and on your right at the Bee hives pullout. There will be a cattle guard gate there that says do not enter. This is where we enter. Group site 2 is the last site.
Year-round camping is one of the best things about living in the the Southwest. Many of you who haven’t been yet will be suprised at how amazing this state park is and will fall in love with Valley of Fire.

Enjoy a fun weekend of hiking, camping, food and friends. We will be camping and hiking all weekend long. All of our events are Leave no Trace events. This simply means that we clean up after ourselves and others on the trails... we leave only footprints and take only memories and pictures. Valley of Fire is one of the most beautiful state parks in Nevada so come and have some fun with us.

Campfire activities- S'mores, cooking, stories, socializing, drinking, laughter and if you play an instrument bring it.

Potluck- Saturday night so please bring something to cook and or share.

Bring- sleeping pads, sleeping bag, tents, coolers, food, drinks, camp chairs, headlamp, day pack for hiking, camera, snacks and all other camping essentials... You can sleep in your car or rvs as we have some room for those as well but there are no hookups at this campground.

Camping cost- The Nevada resident park entry fee of $10.00 per car. Camping at the park is $10.00 per night per vehicle ($10.00 plus $10.00 entry fee) and I will take a small donation to cover the group site rental. You can purchase annual entry and camping passes for $150.00 and or $250.00 for all Nevada State Parks if you are a frequent camper.

Facilities- There are basic bathrooms right at camp. One mile away at the other campground are real bathrooms and hot showers. Pets - Well mannered leashed pets are welcome. Clean up after your pets please.
