Cathedral Gorge State Park Dutch Oven Cooking Contest & Eagle Valley Reservoir Camping

Dutch Oven at Cathedral Gorge State Park-
Join fellow Vegas Hikers competing in the annual Dutch Oven Cooking Contest on Saturday April 25th. Participants show up early to set up and prep. Cooking begins around 1pm. Tasting and voting for your favorite dish starts around 5pm. You won't leave hungry. During the afternoon there are on going raffle prizes. Come out for the day to explore Cathedral Gorge State Park and it's many awesome slot canyons and stay to and support your fellow cooks. $5 entrance fee.

Camping Eagle Valley Reservoir-
We'll be camping in Spring Valley State Park at Eagle Valley Reservoir 29 miles from Cathedral Gorge State Park. Join us Friday April 24th 2pm through Sunday April 26th 11am. Fishing, hiking, hanging out and more. I have a few individual campsites already reserved. $15 per vehicle per night.

Eagle Valley Reservoir-
Doesn't really have a usable address. Head North out of Vegas to Pioche NV turn right on the 322 towards Spring Valley State Park & Eagle Valley Reservoir. Drive about 18 miles on 322 and you'll be at Eagle Valley Reservoir.
