Fitness Series Hike #3: Brokeback Mtn to The Bronc to Rock Spectacular
Details
Before You Join Us
To help us get everyone on the trail safely and efficiently, please complete the VegasHikers participant waiver before the hike. Completing it in advance helps speed up the check-in process so we can spend less time on paperwork and more time enjoying the trail. Click to open ➡️Participant Waiver and download it, fill it out, and email it to the address provided ( highlighted in yellow).
If you have already filled out a participant waiver from me, there's nothing else to do!
📌Our hike: This hike starts eastbound hike in the Cowboy Trails network leading to a cool set of rock formations behind Firehouse Hill. While the actual name of the rock feature we ultimately reach is unknown, it still makes for a fun out-n-back adventure! Since the goal of this hike is fitness, you'll need to maintain a fast pace.
These hikes are designed to strengthen cardiovascular health and, ultimately, your pace and stamina on the trails.
Note to Consider Before Signing Up!
These are advanced fitness hikes, not beginner hikes. This is not a hike to test whether you can keep up. You should already know from your current hiking experience that you can maintain the stated pace, distance, and terrain for the entire hike.
I will be running this Fitness Series on a seasonal basis (Fall & Spring).
Carry a minimum of 2 L of water, a light snack, & a headlamp or other light source
