A Spiritual Day ~ Meditation, vegan picnic, & a walk along Parkland Walk to Finsbury Park & beyond via an ecological park to Islington ~ All welcome 😊
Gathering outside Queens Wood Café from 12.15pm to 12.30pm ~ we'll pick a quiet part of Queens wood to set up, have quiet peaceful mediations for about an hour or more, have a picnic lunch, then later, we'll have a peaceful meditative walk 😊
