Saag Tofu (spinach cooked with Indian spices and bean-curd cubes)
Yellow Tarka Dal (yellow lentils cooked with ginger, garlic, and onions)
Aloo Ghobi (cauliflower, potatoes, ginger garlic, onion, and spices)
Bhindi Masala (okra flavored with browned onions and fresh tomatoes)
Basmati Rice
Naan (flatbread, made vegan)
assorted sauces and chutneys
Sweet Semolina dessert
