Vegetarian - Weekly meal prep in a learning environment

Hi there,

I used to teach cooking lessons at my home and at local Adult groups, and stopped during the lockdown.
I am restarting the group, but instead of teacher - student model, we will cook together, with everyone doing a task and then learning from others. I will still be available to teach for anyone who is a beginner / or needs a refresher.

For this first session. let us make the following:
1. two lentil dishes with onion, garlic, tomatoes
2. Two in season vegetables
3. A chutney or sauce as time permits

Costs: Shared cost of supplies.
