Come join us for a delicious lunch and help support Vegan Chef Challenge businesses! This is Springfield's 2nd year for this event.
Presented by Vegan Outreach, VCC is to increase great tasting vegan options at restaurants, etc. Their chefs create a vegan menu and after trying, people choose and vote on their favorites. The more interest and support there is, the more likely they'll keep and expand their vegan menu. Win, win! Info:

Not'cho Ordinary Taco and Uptown Hog are VCC participants and located in 14 Mill Market food court. We can order from either/both! We'll have group seating, so please RSVP ASAP to reserve yours. There's tables inside & outside. If nice weather, we may be dining al fresco. If you don't see us right away, look for VCO sign. Please invite/share to family and friends. Mothers are especially invited and welcome, it being on Mother's Day!

Some haven't submitted their menu yet, so check back often for updates. Also, some may be rotating menu items. For example, after this week Uptown Hog won't have the "Pulled Pork" (jackfruit) Sandwich and replacing with new item.
