Wander through our grove of over 100+ trees and harvest your own organic lemons. Pick as many as your grocery bag can hold!

Event Details:

• Location: Enter through the gate on Victoria Ave.
• What to bring: Your own grocery bag and gloves. Consider a hat for sun protection and water to stay hydrated.
• Cost: Just $5.00 per grocery bag of lemons. Pay in person.

Lemon Picking Experience – Liability Waiver Agreement
By RSVPing to the Lemon Picking Experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation:
   I am voluntarily choosing to participate in the lemon picking event located at the grove accessible through the gate on Victoria Ave. I understand the nature of this activity and confirm I am physically able to participate.
2. Assumption of Risk:
   I recognize that outdoor agricultural activities involve certain risks including, but not limited to, uneven terrain, sun exposure, insect bites, and minor cuts or scrapes. I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
3. Release of Liability:
   I release the event organizers, landowners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of participating in this activity, including while traveling to and from the grove.
4. Personal Preparedness:
   I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own grocery bag, gloves, water, and sun protection. I agree to supervise any minors accompanying me and accept responsibility for their safety and conduct.
5. Medical Emergencies:
   I understand that in the event of an emergency, medical assistance may be sought on my behalf and I am responsible for any related expenses.
6. Consent Agreement:
   By submitting my RSVP and participating in this event, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
