3. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that any wellness practice carries inherent risks. I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, adverse reactions, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I (and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns) hereby release, waive, and discharge the Chong Hua Tong Moral Association, Tien-I Temple, the event organizers, volunteers, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or as a result of this event.
