We post plant-based events, highlight local businesses and restaurants, and share the latest news about the plant-based lifestyle. Luna and Nate are professional chefs who run the vegan food blog Cooking Up Vegan. Combined, Luna and Nate have spent over 15 years as professional chefs and they are excited to demo a few of their recipes for us! Whether you are interested in plant-based eating for the animals, the planet, your health, or for everything, Cookingupvegan.com has tons of easy, unique, and delicious recipes that are great for everyone. They will be demoing their vegan deviled eggs and vegan lox.

Join us on Sunday, June 4th from 10 am to 4 pm at Eastern Market in Detroit for our annual Spring VegFest!
There will be nearly 100 food, shopping, and non-profit vendors, free samples, cooking demos, a kid zone, and more!
This year’s VegFest will be even bigger than last year’s with more food trucks and additional space to spread out the event.
