Ann Arbor: FREE Cooking Demo for Health and the Environment

Details

VegMichigan is hosting a plant-based cooking demonstration with Chef Rhoda St. Luce, a.k.a. The Platinum Chef, to support individuals interested in plant-forward eating for their health and the environment.

Chef Rhoda is making, Sauteed Curry Chickpea & Organic Quinoa Pilaf Lettuce or Kale Wraps served with Coconut Cream Dill Dip. Samples will be provided to attendees and individuals will have a choice of organic romaine or kale as their wrap.

It is FREE to attend, but space is limited so we kindly ask that you RSVP. (We also want to make sure that we have enough samples for everyone.)

This A2ZERO program is hosted by VegMichigan in collaboration with the City of Ann Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations. A2ZERO is the City of Ann Arbor's plan to achieve a just and equitable transition to community-wide carbon neutrality by 2030. By participating, you are joining a community of climate-friendly food champions!
