Ann Arbor - Stubborn Brother Pizza
Details
Join us for delicious East Coast pizza made with organic flour at the first Michigan location of this family run chain - or substitute plant-based cheese on one of their 4 house salads. Pictured is the Gracie's Veggie with pizza sauce, caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, sweet peppers, roasted garlic & Sicilian oregano and of course, plant-based cheese. They also offer a spicy roasted cauliflower appetizer with calabrian peppers, lemon vinaigrette, roasted garlic chopped Italian parsley, and Italian ices for dessert.. Curious as to why the Stubborn" is in the name? It is because "We are stubborn about many things: doing our part to support sustainability, valuing a clean approach to the environment, and above all, staying true to our food. We’re committed to offering honest value and look forward to always being a part of the surrounding neighborhood communities." To read more, go to their website here.

VegMichigan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing Michiganders to plant-based eating through positive experiences and great-tasting food with triple benefits for our planet, personal health, and animal well-being. These monthly Meetups have been a fun way to build community, support those who are new or leaning more into plant-based eating, and promote restaurants who have delicious plant-based options. VegMichigan offers resources for folks who are interested in eating more plant-based, including nutrition and cooking videos and a 30-day pledge program complete with free samples of popular plant-based foods.
