Magnificent West Valley VEGAN Potluck with Dr. Arlene Lazaro in Surprise!
Details
Hip, hip, hooray! Join us and speaker, Dr. Arlene Lazaro, on the West Side for the monthly Vegan potluck that typically attracts 30+ people, starting at 2pm on Sunday, April 12! Discover with Dr. Lazaro what chronic pain is, why it can continue over time, and what strategies can help people feel and function better.
She will be joined by EA Lazaro, who will share a brief practical perspective on building realistic, sustainable health habits.
We'll dine on some of Nature's finest bounty, and your taste buds will hum with joy as you sample each mouth-watering delight created by potluck attendees. We’ll also be building a footbridge to others, by making new friends as gentle as surf on a sandy shore; that brings out the best in each of us, and is as rousing as the sound of a bugle! Take a tour for your taste buds, and feel wrapped in an invisible warmth of love, by joining us on the West Side!

This is a VEGAN potluck, so please bring a Vegan, or Raw Vegan dish, to share with others. Also, in an attempt to cut down on costs/waste, this is a "green" event, so please bring your own plate, utensils, and drinking cup.(Water, ice tea, decaffeinated tea will be provided.) Also, if you could list the ingredients of your dish, that would be helpful to people with allergy issues.
