Hosted by Dorothy Greet, at her home in downtown Lewes.

Dorothy will provide soup and bread/crackers.

Guests provide plant-based creations with recipe—Simple as veggie sticks with dip or favorite casserole or dessert - or make a donation of any amount to VegRehoboth! No added oil please.

Ring the bell and walk in, bring a name tag or get one here. Come alone or bring a partner/friend. Door opens at 5:30, supper served at 6. Start with soup and assorted dishes, stay for dessert and conversation.

Dr. Elisa Haransky-Beck has been practicing functional, behavioral, developmental optometry specializing in Vision and Movement Therapy since she graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1987. She is a Fellow in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, F.C.O.V.D., (now Optometrists in Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association, OVDRA), and a Member of the American Optometric Association, A.O.A. and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, P.O.A. She holds an M.A. in Spiritual Nutrition-Vegan and Live Food Nutrition from the University of Integrated Science of California.

The talk and book signing (5:30-7:00 pm) will take place at HeartWish Massage followed by dinner (7:00-8:30 pm) at The Cultured Pearl.

The Vegan Community lost a giant on June 11, 2025 with the death of John Robbins. He was the heart and soul of the movement to so many of us. The wisdom and eloquence Robbins expressed through his speaking and writing will continue to influence our world in a positive direction.

In loving memory of John Robbins, we have selected his classic "Diet For A New America" for our August read. We will meet on Wednesday,
August 27 at 1 PM at the Federal Beverage Company. The FBC is in the Seaside Tanger Outlet in Rehoboth. The address is 36502 Seaside Outlet Drive, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is next to Ulta.
