- Beancurd Skin Rolls with Black Bean Sauce
- Chili Eggplant with Chu-Hau Sauce
- Sweet & Sour Pineapple Delight
- Pumpkin & Beancurd Skin with Portuguese Sauce Hot Pot
- Chili Tofu with Sesame Sauce
- Assorted Vegetables with Satay Sauce on Fried Noodles
- Steamed Rice
Dinner Cost:
- EARLY BIRD - $23 per person (including tax and tips) --- Pay via E-transfer . This option ends 48 hours before the event. Non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.
OR
- CASH - $25 per person (including tax and tips) --- Pay CASH at the event, exact amount. (Change NOT given.) No coins accepted. With this option, you agree to pay the full cost if you do a no show or cancel less than 48 hours before the event .

## Make sure to COME ON TIME! You will miss dishes if arriving late. Showing up more than 15 minutes late can be considered a no-show.
