I invite you to be a pioneer in shifting our conditioned patterns and experiencing real-life transformation. Together, we co-create a space of magic, courage, and growth—aligned, radiant, and fully alive.

Join us under the Leo Full Moon, a powerful time to connect with your fire, your courage, creativity, and inner light.

We’ll:

• 🌿 Together, we will create a sacred altar and explore the fire element, connecting with your intentions and somatic wisdom.
• 🌿 Talk about the moon’s natural cycle and how it aligns with our menstrual cycles, so we can work with it for energy, creativity, and wellbeing.
• 🌿 Practice meditation and breathing exercises.
• 🌿 Do a guided visualization exercise that has helped me minimize the impact of traumatic memories.
• 🌿 Connect, share, and play in a supportive, non-judgmental circle, guided by the sound of drums and warmed with candles and tea.

A note for nervous hearts:
If you feel nervous at any moment, remember that the chemicals released in our brain for excitement are very similar to those of nervousness. Instead of thinking, “I am nervous,” try saying, “I am excited,” and your brain and nervous system will follow, I am also excited! 😉

What to bring:

• A small item for the altar that represents your intention, inspiration, or need
• A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to make your space comfy
• Comfortable clothing—let your inner goddess move, ask, and express
• Pen and paper for reflections or journaling
• An open heart and curiosity

This is a space to celebrate your brilliance, warmth, empathy, fire, fears, and dreams, to reclaim your body’s wisdom, and align with the natural rhythms of the moon and your cycles, while practicing meditation, visualization, and collective healing, together bringing the wisdom we intrinsically carry deep within us into the light.
