All abilities welcome. "Keep Together" function will be on so the group will automatically stay together and nobody can be left behind as long as you keep pedaling, even slowly .

If you like, you can chat with the rest of the folk you’re virtually riding with, using the Discord app at the same time as you ride . You can do this by downloading the Discord app in the Apple App or Google Play store and following the link to our Velothian chat room:

Please use a headset or headphone microphone connected to your phone or computer if using the Discord link to chat or we all get to hear your turbo trainer background noise

Routes will vary in difficulty week to week and are changed every week.

* PLEASE NOTE - Invites will be sent out each week **through the Zwift Companion app.**
* To receive an invite, indicate attendance here, then follow me on the Zwift Companion app otherwise I can't send you the invitation!
* Alternatively drop me a message if youre new to zwift and need additional support to get setup. My mobile number is 07825 628594.
* There is a Velothian Zwifting WhatsApp group that we can add you to, if you ar ehappy to do so, with lots of Zwift related chat and technical help if you need it.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to time constraints on the night, there is little time available to assist with IT issues or flaky connections so please do get setup and make sure everything is working online and with your computer, turbo, bike setup etc - preferably several days before the Thursday night, to shake out any gremlins.
