Sunday Open Day at Velve
This Sunday, we’re opening the studio (Divadelní 24) for the Meetup community — a chance to try a class in a calm, small-group setting.

After the class, you’re welcome to stay for a bit, relax and meet others from the community.

17:00 — Mat Pilates Sculpt (CZ) with Anežka

A dynamic, strength-focused mat pilates class designed to build strength, sculpt the body and activate the core.
Faster-paced sequences improve muscular endurance and control.

Beginner-friendly.

You dont need to bring your own mat - everything will be cared for.
We do have male dressing rooms as well.
