I’m an Embodiment Coach and Retreat facilitator passionate about wellness, empowerment, and the art of personal reinvention.
I love curating meaningful experiences that nourish the mind, body, and soul.
Travel, great food, live music, and being surrounded by inspiring women light me up and I’m so excited to create beautiful, soul-aligned moments with this community.
This group is about intentional sisterhood and elevated self-care. Together, we’ll enjoy boutique and spa-like experiences without a plane ticket; just the city — think:

Small, curated group sizes (max 6–8) for real connection and ease.
There will be larger events or venues that can host up to 12.
These events will clearly state maximum participants.
Come for the pampering.
Stay for the sisterhood. ✨
General group rules:
- You must provide a clear, recognizable profile photo of yourself only.
- You must do your best to attend the meetups you RSVP to.
- These events fill up quickly. The Host works hard to organize these events with the group and the venues. In fairness to those that are interested and waitlisted, If you do not show up to an event or cancel your RSVP with less than 24 hours notice, the event host may mark you as a no-show.
If you accumulate 3 no-shows, you will be removed from the group. Please be considerate and let me know in advance. - Minors are not allowed at any events.
✨ Liability Waiver & Responsibility Acknowledgment ✨
By joining and participating in any events hosted by The Velvet Hour Glow Up, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Personal Responsibility:
All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for your own health, well-being, and safety during all events and activities.
2. Health & Medical Awareness:
You are responsible for knowing your own medical conditions, physical limits, allergies, and sensitivities. Please consult a medical professional if needed before engaging in any wellness, fitness, or spa-related activities.
3. Assumption of Risk:
Events may involve physical activity (e.g. yoga, breathwork, hydrotherapy), exposure to new environments (e.g. spas, cosmetic procedures clinics), or the consumption of food or drink. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or incidents that may occur.
4. No Liability:
The group organizer(s), co-hosts, and affiliated venues are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or unforeseen incident during or after events. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
5. Use of Photos:
Event photos may occasionally be taken to promote the group’s activities. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the host know in advance.
6. Code of Conduct:
Respect, kindness, and inclusivity are core values of this group. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the group.
By attending any event hosted by The Velvet Hour Glow Up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
Your participation indicates acceptance of full responsibility for your own safety and experience.
NOTE:
*each member is responsible for their services/tab for each event.
*I will always source group rates for discounts.
*There may be times a small fee is required for incidentals, booking fees, reservations etc
