Hoop flow at the NDC
Details
Join me for some hoop flow at the Nokomis Drum Circle! This circle is really fun and high energy. You will probably find me in the center with my yellow and orange hoops, jump in and join me!
If you’re not ready for that yet, you can hoop outside the circle or even just come to watch. Either way, please do come say hi when I step out of the circle for a water break.
If you have LED hoops, bring them out! I’m planning to light mine up after sunset.
NOTE: I'm not able to arrive till late, but for the full DC experience you'll want to arrive at least an hour before sunset. For the easiest parking, plan on at least 2 hours before sunset.
