What we’re about

Hopefully this group will offer a variety of activities from Northport to Sarasota . I will try to schedule as many events as possible in or near Venice. If anyone wants to help me develop the group, please message me.

The purpose of the group is to provide fun and enriching activities for people over the age of forty, but younger individuals are certainly welcome. I will try to arrange the following activities, but any member is welcome to post events they are interested in

The focus of the group will be:

Low impact nature events
Dining at various venues
Music in the area
Environmental advocacy activities
Recreational events such as chess, pickle ball, etc
Literature, such a book clubs and lectures
Healthy Living
Fun with our animals such as beach walks, etc.
