Rodeo Flats Trail Brushing and overnight at Forks Camp

OVERVIEW
THE HIKE IN:
Meet 9am at the entrance to Memorial Park campground.
Hike 2 miles to Forks Camp and set up camp before we start brushing up the Rodeo Flats trail. We will hike up to 4 miles and 2,000 feet gained on the first day.
On the second day we will continue brushing up the Rodeo Flats trail before hiking back to the trailhead.
THE WORK:
There is work for all experience levels. Tools and instructions will be provided. We will be brushing and saw small pines.
What to wear: long sleeve shirt and pants, sturdy closed toe shoe or work boots, sun protection or sunscreen.

WHAT TO BRING:
If you have a favorite pair of work gloves, safety glasses, or hard hat then bring them. Otherwise we will provide those along with the tools. Bring all your camping gear and clothes for the one night. A day pack to carry water and your lunch. You may want to bring up to 3 liters for the work day. You will need all your food for two days and one night. There will be water to filter at camp. Don't forget your long sleeve shirt, pants, work shoes/boots, and sun protection/ sunscreen.
