URGENT UPDATE.
We have a CHANGE IN LOCATION. Yes! The event will still be happening but it will be happening as a LIVE WEBINAR. The change is a response to Covid 19 and the need to protect the entire group from spreading the virus. Hello all our ADU friends. We're excited to announce that we're finally doing an event for Ventura County. Our first event will be on March. 18 at the Sunset Room at the River Ridge Golf course in Oxnard. We'll be discussing the latest new state laws regarding ADU's that went into effect Jan. 1. Come learn how these life-changing opportunities can work for YOU!

Learn how you can add TWO ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units) to your property and rent them out for additional income. As of Jan. 1, you can also add 3 or MORE ADU's to Multi-Family properties as well!

We are going to make this a fun event with some wine & cheese in the room before we begin. This will be an excellent opportunity to network and meet other like-minded ADU people. Please don't come before 5:30 if you want to mingle.

If you would like to bring a guest please make sure to request an additional ticket. Seating is limited at the Sunset Room with no standing room allowed.

The room has a capacity of 50. We sold out the last 2 shows. I have half the tickets available here and the other half on Eventbrite.
