Tech Talk: How to Learn Technology
Tarek Nassar will share his approach to learning new technologies, drawing from his extensive experience in the tech industry. Tarek grew up in Northern California and attended UCLA and UC Santa Barbara. With a career that includes working in Silicon Valley, Tarek has transitioned between developer and architecture roles in software. In his free time, Tarek enjoys traveling and learning foreign languages.
What to Expect:
Drink some coffee, have engaging conversations, and enjoy a tech talk. This is a great opportunity to learn from others, share your knowledge, and possibly collaborate on side projects, online courses, or even your day-to-day work tasks.
Agenda:
- 9:30 - Doors open: Settle in and enjoy some coffee.
- 10:00 - Introductions (feel free to add your own spin):
- Share your name
- Discuss your current projects or interests. If you don’t have a specific project, share what intrigues you!
- Mention your expertise and how you can assist others.
- Are you job hunting or hiring? Let us know!
- 10:30: Tech Talk with Tarek Nassar
- 12:15: Begin to conclude your activities, as our reservation ends at 12:30 PM.
