Dinner at Kabuki Japanese Restaurant before "Citizen Kane"
Details
Kabuki is a pleasant place to eat, especially outside, with good food--some cooked, some not [sushi]. Rita Moran of the VC Star liked the restaurant:
Kabuki brings a fresh and sometimes surprising approach to Asian fare. The restaurant has a contemporary look and a striking wall mural of an ancient Asian battle. The symbol of the restaurant, one of a group in California, Arizona and Nevada, is a fierce red kabuki mask. Standouts include the Kabuki roll, an inventive offering that features slices of a roll, each topped with a different seafood specialty. There's a wide range of appetizers plus options across the menu from traditional to innovative.
They have a Happy Hour, which ends at 6:00 p.m. Plus they have
reasonably priced [by today's standards] and quite good items
from the main menu.
After the dinner, we'll walk across the street to the theatre for the event.
