Hey all. I've been traveling the past few moon cycles so I have not been around to host any ceremonies. I hope the past few new and full moons have treated you well.

I'm back at Bell Arts Factory next month offering healing breathwork. Our last session had a great turnout and I am looking forward to offering these classes on a monthly basis.

If you've never experienced breathwork, it is an awesome tool to encourage emotional release, connect with your intuition and higher self, inspire creativity, and so much more.

Additionally in this session I'll be offering some additional energetic movement throughout the body using vibrational tuning forks during the breathing which allows even deeper release and relaxation.
