Main Street car-free celebration

Assuming most members enjoy walking and dancing in the street, last Tuesday's City Council vote was a cause to celebrate and give another significance to our Happy Hour meetup.
The nice thing about Casa Bella is that they are cool with us starting the evening stand-up so we can mingle and circulate freely, party wise, and only sit when we are ready for some appetizers, which they do pretty well.
They are also cool with those who just want to stop by for a drink.
Also happy hour goes to 7pm and we get an almost private space.
Hard to beat combination.
