You may be familiar with the various methods taught to help control your anger or ease tension, such as taking time to calm yourself, learning to relax, getting some exercise, or using humor to diffuse conflict. These are all good techniques, but do you want to have a deeper understanding of this passion called anger and it’s opposite virtue, forgiveness or tolerance? Please join us for a spiritual exploration discussion where we will ponder:

• Why we get angry or try to use anger to get what we want
• Karma or cause and effect of our thoughts and actions
• How forgiveness is a gift to our self and to others
• How allowing others freedom gives us more freedom
• Techniques to open our heart to love in challenging times
