All levels! Low Impact. Joint friendly. No experience necessary so come as you are!
Build functional strength as we lift, squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, stabilize and balance. We’ll use functional movement patterns and a combination of hand weights and bodyweight.
This is terrific for those who enjoy lifting light to moderate (5-20lbs) weight, but feel free to bring your heavy weights (I’ll have a some heavier weights as well).
No Weights at all is also optional and modifications are always available.
I will be bringing weights, but feel free to bring your own, as well as a mat, water and towel (especially if you’re a sweaty type like me).
Please arrive 5 minutes early to gather equipment.
