In long days past, women of all ages came together as a support system, to share insights and life learnings and to be there for each other. In this way, we hold the space of safety, no judgment and no moan and groan.

In the energy of that, please join us in getting to know one another and ourselves Tuesday, July 26 at 6:30 (if you're a little late no worries).

I'd like to introduce you to a fun "exercise" to connect with your Higher Self and find out where you need to put your energy in the coming year. Connecting with your Higher Self is a wonderful way to bring Spirit into your life for grace, connection and learnings.

At previous meetings, most participants were blown away by what they learned and how right on target this visual exercise is.
