Yoga with Katherine
Details
Katherine sees yoga as an endless source of joy and learning, and wants to share that beyond her own practice. Her classes encourage students to find ease in movement, connect to their breath, and tune into what feels good in both body and mind.
When she is not in a studio you can find Katherine chasing sunrises through one form of physical activity or another. Ocean swimming or cycling to prep for the next triathlon race, hiking with her perfect puppy Bigsby, trail running with her father to prep for a marathon, forest bathing, or anything else that combines body movement, adventure, and the outdoors.
She is 200 power Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and 50 sculpt RYT
