Thirsty Thursday 5K
The Shack 野菇屋 Pizza 新店捷運站店, 231, New Taipei City, Xindian District, Section 1, Beixin Rd, 1號1樓, New Taipei City, TWWe are a social running and craft beer club, based in Bitan, Xindian District. Everyone is welcome: slow runners, fast runners and walkers.
我們是一個在新店的社交跑團與精釀啤酒社團! 不論你是快/慢跑或是健行的夥伴，都非常歡迎加入我們。
If you want to improve your 5km time or just meet new people over a few cold beverages, then come join us once a month for a great social run!

This is a FREE monthly social running / walking event, where we encourage exercise and friendship building.
藉由一個月一次的''免費''社交路跑/健行活動，來鼓勵運動與拉近人與人的距離。
All runs start/finish at The Shack Pizza Xindian MRT restaurant. We meet up from 18:30 and the run/walk starts at 19:00. The Shack has a wonderful variety of cold craft beer, meals and snacks on offer.
起點與終點都將在The Shack 野菇屋 Pizza （新店捷運站）. 在這裡有很多樣的美食，點心與精釀啤酒可以選擇。

The routes have ambient light, but it is advised to have some form of light (headlight / flashlight) when running / walking the routes. Some route markings might be difficult to see in darker areas.
這次的路線沿途有景觀燈，但我們還是建議可以戴上頭燈/手電筒，因為有些地方的路線標記可能比較不容易看清楚如果沒有燈照的話！
1st Female and 1st Male runners back get a beverage FREE on the house. In addition, the first walker back also has a choice of any FREE beverage.

The Wings of Fire Challenge

Run. Eat. Burn. Repeat.
Are you ready to test your endurance, spice tolerance, and sheer willpower?
The Wings of Fire Challenge is not your average run — it’s a fiery test of stamina, spirit, and heat!
This is the ultimate Run–Eat–Run–Eat endurance challenge.
Participants complete six short runs (1 km each), stopping after every kilometer to devour one progressively spicier chicken wing.
Each kilometer gets tougher — not just because of the distance, but because the heat keeps rising!
It’s part fitness test, part flavor fight, and 100% unforgettable.

1. Wings of Fire Challenge
The main endurance event — six rounds of running and wings, increasing in intensity each kilometer.
Perfect for those seeking the full experience of both physical and spicy endurance.
Includes:
6 × 1 km runs + 6 wings (Mild → Hellfire)
Finisher recognition + “Wall of Flame” photo
Eligible for fastest finisher prizes (Top 3 Male & Female)
2. Wings of Fire Showdown
For those who prefer spice over sweat!
Contestants face off in a speed-eating contest — six wings (3 Inferno + 3 Hellfire).
No running. No milk. No mercy. Just speed, spice, and survival.
Includes:
Entry to the standalone spicy eating contest
Eligibility for the Showdown Champion title
Perfect for spectators, friends, and spice lovers
3. The Double – Full Fire Combo
For the fearless few.
Complete the Wings of Fire Challenge and return for the
Showdown to claim the ultimate title:
King / Queen of Fire
Includes:

4. Little Flames Challenge
For those who want to join the fun without facing the full inferno!
