Tech IPOs in Australia – Listing Your Technology Company on the ASX

This meetup will include a discussion on the issues facing entrepreneurs and their investors interested in listing their technology company on the Australian Stock Exchange, including not only Australian companies, but also tech companies from the US and other overseas jurisdictions.

The session will look at the business side of an ASX listing (book build, road show, attracting institution interest and investment), as well as the legal requirements, such as the relevant ASX Listing Rules, the due diligence process and the due diligence committee, prospectus drafting, founder and early investor lockup requirements, pre-initial public offering (IPO) funding and other key issues.
