Evening Activity on The Han River: Rowing

Join OutdoorKorea on the Han river for one of our newest water events: Rowing!

We have an amazing evening water activity planned for Sunday October 29th! Rowing on the Han River will be a lot of fun, good exercise, and a great way to see the beautiful scenery along the Han River. Each boat will have 1 coxswain and 8 crew members. Life jackets and all equipment will be provided. Our instructor will provide a brief overview of rowing and safety procedures prior to getting in the boats. In total, the brief training demonstration and rowing activity will last about 3-4 hours.

This will be a fun and easy event. Beginners are welcome. It will be a fantastic night!

One more thing... FOOD (Chicken & Beer)! We plan to have a CHI-MAEK party near the Han River Park after rowing. Dinner is optional so please bring around 10,000won in cash if you want to join us.

A few notes:

-Rowing and all outdoor activities are weather dependent. If its not safe, we will reschedule the event for another day.

-Important: Since OutdoorKorea will not be held responsible for any injuries that could occur while rowing and all outdoor activities, therefore, we highly recommend that you have your own personal form of medical/accident/travel insurance prior to attending all outings.

Fee - 25,000won by October 22nd / 28,000won after: There are 27 spots available on the trip and are allocated on a first come, first served based. Whoever pays first, secures their place.

The Rowing fee for OutdoorKorea is specially priced so we will do our best to promote the rowing company through SNS^_^

Destination: Han River in Seoul

Where to meet - 2:15pm Ttukseom Resort Station on line 7(stn # 728), exit 2 outside / Walk together from station to rowing site

Date - October 29th, Sunday

What to bring- 10,000won cash for chicken & beer, suitable clothing and shoes(sneakers) for rowing and towel, etc.

2:30pm Arrive at rowing site

2:50-3:50pm Rowing overview and training (on land)

4:00-5:00pm Training on the Han river

5:00-6:30pm Rowing and Racing

7:00-9:00pm Dinner
