Join us for a fascinating evening hike where ancient history meets new friendships! We'll explore the famous Dinosaur Trackway at Red Fleet State Park, often called "Utah's Little Jurassic Park," where 200-million-year-old dinosaur tracks are preserved in stunning sandstone along the shoreline.

**Where:** Red Fleet State Park Dinosaur Trackway Trailhead
**Duration:** Approximately 1.5-2 hours total
What to Expect:
- A moderate 1.7-mile out-and-back trail with 262 ft elevation gain
- Walking time: 45-60 minutes (plus stops for viewing and socializing)
- Amazing views of Red Fleet Reservoir and the surrounding red rock landscape
- Ancient dinosaur tracks from the Early Jurassic period
- Great conversation with fellow hiking enthusiasts
Trail Highlights:
You'll follow the footsteps of Dilophosaurus, observing well-preserved three-toed tracks embedded in the sandstone that once was an ancient lake shore. These tracks offer a remarkable glimpse into Utah's prehistoric past while providing a stunning backdrop for making new connections.

Note:
This is a social hike. We'll maintain a casual pace, perfect for conversation and getting to know each other. We'll take breaks to examine the dinosaur tracks, snap photos, and enjoy the spectacular reservoir views.

$10 per vehicle park entrance fee
Meeting Point:
We'll gather at the Dinosaur Trackway trailhead parking lot at 3:45 PM for introductions before hitting the trail at 4:00 PM sharp.
