Welcome to Let's Get Healthy for Women over 50 in the Vero Beach/surrounding area! Our goal is to focus on promoting health by reducing stress and living a fun and healthy lifestyle. We encourage a supportive environment for women to come together once a week to grow in God's Word, learn practical health tips, enjoy nature, and play games. Join us for weekend fun, day trips, and events that cater to our adventurous interests. Let's help each other lead healthier and happier lives while building meaningful connections in our community.
We will meet on Thursdays at 3pm at The Cozy Place, 775 8th Court, Vero Beach, FL, Unit 6. There will be drinks and snacks that you can purchase.
