Join The Veterans Phalanx for a community beach cleanup at Jacksonville Beach as part of Next Objective: Continuing Service.
We’ll be bringing veterans, young adults, families, and community supporters together for a simple objective: spend 90 minutes serving our community and leave the beach better than we found it.
Saturday, September 12
12:00 PM–1:30 PM
Meet at Jacksonville Beach Pier
We’ll provide the cleanup plan and coordinate the work from there.
What to bring:
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Comfortable clothes and shoes
- Work gloves if you have them
Please respect all marked sea turtle nesting areas, dunes, and sea oats during the cleanup.
Mark yourself Going so we can get a good idea of how many volunteers to prepare for.
