What we’re about
Vibe Code PDX is a casual, collaborative meetup for people who want to build real things using vibe coding and modern AI tools.
This group is for builders, tinkerers, founders, operators, and curious beginners who are interested in creating:
Personal-use apps and automations
Internal tools for small businesses or teams
Product prototypes and experiments
Side projects that would normally feel “too technical” to start
You do not need to be an engineer. You do not need to have a startup idea. You just need curiosity and a willingness to try.
Each meetup is relaxed but intentional. Most sessions will include:
- A short learning module on a concept, tool, or workflow
- Open discussion around what people are building or stuck on
- Hands-on time to work, pair up, or explore ideas
- Occasional guest speakers who are building in the wild
The goal is simple: help people go from “I wish I could build that” to “I built that.”
Vibe Code PDX is about momentum, not perfection. It is a place to learn in public, ship imperfect things, and support each other as we turn ideas into working software.

Vibe Code App Build - Resumes and Slide Decks

We will walk through the full workflow, from prompt to working site, and demonstrate how Vibe coding can transform static content into something interactive and engaging.
