Today we will be having a boardgame night! I will bring some of my own but this location has some of their own including their own board games giant Jenga and a foosball table. Feel free to bring your own games if you want to play it.
If you aren't into game then no pressure! Just come and relax and mingle; that's fine too. You are not limited to just one thing so come out play a game, sketch a picture all while getting to know some great people.
🎲Some of the games I have are Uno, Telestrations, Codnames, That's What She Said, Cards Against Humanity, Scattergories and a few others. So come out and play!

Join us for tabletop games at Lucius Beebe Library in Wakefield! Play from our collection and/or bring your own games. This is a great opportunity to socialize and play games in a relaxed environment.
We'll be gaming in the Lecture Hall, located on the lower level of the library. It’s got space for up to 60 people comfortably, a pull-down projection screen, a hearing loop for participants with hearing loss, and a kitchenette. Feel free to bring snacks and covered drinks—just be cool and check with the folks you’re playing with before eating at the table. This event is for ages 14+.
RSVPs are NOT required for this event but are still appreciated so that I may know how many people to expect. However, you can come even if you don't RSVP. Walk-ins are welcome!

Directions
The Lucius Beebe Memorial Library is located at 345 Main Street in Wakefield Square next to the Post Office at the corner of Main and Avon Streets. The Library does not have its own parking lot. On-street parking is available nearby in one-hour and two-hour spots.By Car: To reach the Library from Route 128/95, get off at Exit 57 (North Ave. Wakefield/Reading). If coming from the south, turn right at the bottom of the ramp If coming from the north, turn left at the bottom of the ramp. Continue on North Avenue past a cemetery on your left. Go through the set of lights. After the lights take your second left, which is Avon Street. The Library is at the end of Avon Street on the left.
By Subway: Take the Orange Line to Oak Grove station. From there take any MBTA bus numbered 136 or 137 heading to Reading Depot. Get off at Wakefield Center.
By Train: Take the commuter rail’s Reading/Haverhill Line and get off at the Wakefield stop. Cross North Avenue and walk to your left towards Anton’s Cleaners. One block beyond is Avon Street. Turn right onto Avon and proceed to the library at the end of the block.
