🌿Walking Trail @ Fresh Pond! (Cambridge)

Hey everyone! After doing a few solo walks here and even making some great new friends along the way, I wanted to share that experience with you!🌿

Whether you’re looking to shake off a stressful week, get some fresh air and exercise, or just meet some awesome new people in the community, this walk is for you. We’ll be taking a casual, comfortable pace around the 2.25-mile loop, enjoying the views, seeing the many doggies, and checking out the wildlife.

Since we'll be hitting the trail at 4PM, we will be beating that intense midday heat! The sun will still be low in the eastern sky, giving us beautiful, bright daylight to walk in before it gets way too hot overhead. (Pro-tip: Definitely bring your sunglasses, as that morning sun will be reflecting right off the water as we head east on the first half of the loop.)

We’ll be moving at a comfortable, conversational pace, so all fitness levels are absolutely welcome. Just bring some comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and your positive vibes. Looking forward to walking with you all!

### 📍Meeting Location & Logistics

**Meeting Spot: **Fresh Pond Parkway & Huron Avenue Intersection, near the Michael Guzzetti Vietnam Memorial.

**Parking Info: **There is public, metered street parking available along Huron Ave right near the intersection. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot and walk over to the meeting point. (Note: The main Fresh Pond reservation lots require a Cambridge resident parking sticker, so street parking on Huron Ave is your best bet if you are driving from outside the neighborhood!)
